We excel in manufacturing aero engine tooling for major OEMs such as CFM, RR, GE, Safran, and P&W, with tooling sizes ranging from 50mm to 5m. Additionally, we produce aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault, and machine a wide range of precision components using materials like aluminum, Inconel, Nimonic, stainless steel, titanium, and copper.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer, located in Bengaluru North. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The role includes developing and maintaining process documentation, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The engineer will be involved in the selection and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing and implementing manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with aerospace components, tooling, and ground support/handling equipment
- Experience with precision machining and working with materials such as Aluminum, Inconel, Nimonic, stainless steel, titanium, and copper
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of AS9100 standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
