Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Assistant to join our Architecture Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and significant experience in the real estate industry. The Architectural Assistant will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and designs based on specifications provided by architects and engineers, contributing to the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and manage detailed architectural and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings using CAD software.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to meet project requirements.

· Develop 3D models and create presentations for project visualization.

· Revise drawings to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

· Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing proposals.

· Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.
