We are looking for an accomplished Engineering Team , ) Lead to provide technical leadership, manage multiple projects, and serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, architectural design, client engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end leadership in the design, development, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

  • Define and implement robust, scalable, and secure project architectures aligned with business requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Manage engineering teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

  • Drive execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, product managers, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an Engineering Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer.

  • Strong expertise across the technology stack skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to design enterprise-grade architectures and scalable systems.

  • Experience managing multiple projects with complex requirements and tight deadlines.
