Senior Full-Stack Mobile App Developer (React Native + )Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in React Native (frontend) and (backend). This is a strict requirement — only candidates proficient in both technologies and with a proven track record of production-level mobile apps should apply.

This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow into a core team member, with salary + ESOPs/stakes as part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native.
  • Develop and optimize backend APIs and services with
  • Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams for smooth user experiences.
  • Ensure app security, privacy, and performance at scale.
  • Lead architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Implement CI/CD, testing, and deployment best practices.

Requirements

5–10 years of development experience with proven delivery of production-grade apps.

Strong hands-on skills in React Native (frontend).

Strong backend expertise in (APIs, integrations, performance).

Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and cloud deployment.

Experience with real-time chat, notifications, and app performance optimization.

Familiarity with security best practices and scalable architecture.
