Job Description:

Formost International Trading Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Data Entry(Warehouse) Staff to manage our stock entries, invoicing, and goods receipt operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry and tracking of inventory movements, e-waybills, and stock transfers between our production units, retail shops, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter all stock and inventory movements, including transfers to and from retail outlets, warehouses, and production units.
  • Handle invoicing, e-waybills, and goods receipt entries.
  • Accurately record incoming goods such as fabrics, accessories, and other production materials.
  • Cross-check goods received against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in billing and cash collection at school counter sales during peak seasons.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, sales, and retail teams for smooth data flow.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all inventory-related data.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the store manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one to two years xperience in data entry, inventory management, or billing preferred.
  • Bachleor of commerce.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and departments.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under supervision.

Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 to 13,000 per month with a probation period of 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Inventory management: 1 year (Required)
