Job Title: Student Guidance Mentor/Academic Mentor (NEET/JEE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Student Guidance Mentor to support NEET and JEE aspirants in their academic planning, performance improvement, and overall learning journey. The role involves mentoring students, monitoring academic progress, strengthening study habits, and ensuring consistent motivation and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to NEET/JEE students to support academic and emotional well-being.
  • Help students set realistic academic goals, create study plans, and follow structured preparation strategies.
  • Track and monitor students' daily, weekly, and monthly performance, including test scores and study patterns.
  • Identify learning gaps and coordinate with subject faculty for targeted academic support.
  • Conduct progress review meetings with students and parents to discuss performance, improvement areas, and action plans.
  • Encourage students to build effective time management, self-discipline, and exam-focused mindset.
  • Guide students in reducing exam stress and enhancing confidence through continuous motivation and personalized mentorship.
  • Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and mentoring logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Science/Engineering/Medical background preferred).
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students.
  • Ability to handle academic challenges and provide constructive guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
