  • Become a trusted advisor, building strong rapport with a diverse group of students to guide their academic and personal journeys.
  • Empower students through regular, impactful mentoring sessions helping them overcome challenges with constructive and solution-focused strategies.
  • Analyze performance data, identify learning gaps and co-create personalized study plans that lead to tangible success.
  • Provide one-on-one academic coaching, tailoring your approach to each student's unique learning style, goals and pace.
  • Act as a vital link between school and home maintaining clear, consistent communication with parents and guardians to foster a collaborative support system.
  • Design and lead engaging workshops and activities that build essential life skills and promote holistic development.
  • Leverage educational technology and data systems to monitor progress and initiate timely support.
  • Collaborate with faculty and counselors to address the holistic well-being of students, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of educational mentoring practices.
  • Be an active contributor to our vibrant, inclusive, and growth-oriented school culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
