We are looking for an AI Consultant to help professionals understand the impact of AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Data Science on their careers and guide them on how AcceleratorX's AI courses can help them transition into AI-driven roles. This role will require career counseling, cold calling, and strategic outreach to connect with potential learners.
Role Overview
As an AI Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential learners, understanding their career aspirations in AI, ML, and Data Science, and recommending the right AI upskilling programs.
This role involves educating professionals on AI career paths, conducting cold calls, and providing consultative counseling to help learners make informed decisions. You will be working closely with the Sales & Career Advisory team to drive enrollments through strategic outreach and personalized guidance.
Key Responsibilities
● Cold call professionals interested in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to introduce them to relevant upskilling programs.
● Counsel potential learners on how AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies are reshaping industries and how AcceleratorX's courses can help them stay ahead.
● Conduct one-on-one AI career advisory sessions to guide professionals on job opportunities, skill gaps, and training paths.
● Understand learner pain points and match them with the right AI programs based on their career goals.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners, ensuring effective follow-ups and engagement.
● Work with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead conversion tactics.
● Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, industry trends, and career pathways to provide insightful career advice.
● Maintain accurate lead tracking, call logs, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 0-2 years of experience in sales, career counseling, EdTech, or technology consulting.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
● Ability to simplify complex AI concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner.
● Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and consultative selling techniques.
● Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
● Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop expertise in AI consulting and EdTech sales.
Preferred Skills
● Prior experience in EdTech, career counseling, or technology sales.
● Exposure to AI-related fields like Data Science, NLP, or Generative AI is a plus.
● Familiarity with CRM tools.
● Background in Computer Science, AI, or Business Analytics is a bonus but not mandatory.
