DGM - International Business Development

Role & responsibilities
- Lead the international business development function for Otis India
- Spearhead & establish the strategies for business growth, go-to market, expansion of market coverage, product development, manufacturing operations & field support
- Lead the annual business planning (P&L) in terms of shipments, bookings, revenue, expenditure & RoS
- Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate with factory teams including engineering, logistics, manufacturing & supply chain teams for seamless execution of the strategies & delivering to the customer expectations
- Guide & lead the passionate team towards their professional & organizational growth
- Act as SPOC between selling entities and factory - From Pre-sales to manufacturing to post shipments
- Lead the communications to customers/selling entities
- Responsible for meeting the business key operations deliverables & KPIs
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 12+ years of total work experience which includes experience in factory operations, sales & product management & people management (Min 5 years). Experience in project management shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural & national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.
