Retail Merchandiser Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Retail Merchandiser to support the efficient management of product stock in retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, tracking sales, and using market insights to help improve product availability and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment.


• Collaborate with suppliers and store managers to coordinate product delivery and restocking.


• Monitor inventory levels, identify gaps, and recommend reordering or markdowns as needed.


• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and promotions.


• Maintain good relationships with store staff and respond to inquiries and special requests.


• Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.

Prepare reports on inventory, sales performance, and merchandising activities.


• Assist in resolving supply chain or stock management issues.
