Job Description – Legal Associate

Qualification: LL.B. with valid AIB (Bar Council of India) License

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring financial compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Mid-Level Legal Associate who can go beyond routine contract review and actively manage on-ground legal challenges faced in the company. This includes handling theft and damage incidents, filing and pursuing Police FIRs, dealing with political interventions, managing compliance issues, and safeguarding the company from business losses. The candidate will also assist in tendering, new ventures, and legal documentation for projects.

Requirements

  • LL.B. degree with active AIB License
    (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year experience
    .
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and business-oriented mindset.
