We are seeking a Junior Steel Estimator to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore

This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in the design industry

As a Steel Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing the costs associated with steel construction projects, ensuring our offerings meet client expectations and standards
- Qualifications And Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with construction estimation software to evaluate project costs accurately (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with steel construction standards to ensure compliance with industry requirements (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for identifying project needs and specifications
- Roles And Responsibilities

Coordinate with the design and detailing teams to gather necessary project specifications
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for steel construction projects, considering all factors
- Evaluate material requirements and labor costs to ensure project feasibility
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical documents to inform estimation processes
- Utilize construction estimation software to develop accurate and competitive bids
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of steel construction standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with project managers to align estimations with project timelines and goals
