Sales Counselor – Aesthetica360 (Cosmetic Clinic, Sector 33 Noida)

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Counselor to manage leads, enquiries, and existing patients with complete responsibility for counseling, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all new leads and enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, social media) promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct in-clinic and telephonic counseling to convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
  • Follow-up systematically with warm, hot, and pending leads to maximize conversions.
  • Manage and nurture existing patients for repeat treatments and retention.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant hair, skin, dental, slimming, physiotherapy, and cosmetic surgery services.
  • Ensure a smooth patient flow from enquiry to treatment completion.
  • Monitor and support daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, coordination with doctors/therapists, and maintaining patient records.
  • Maintain accurate data on CRM/Excel with daily reporting.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets with a strong focus on conversions.
  • Assist in creating a positive patient experience through hospitality and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead quality feedback.
