Account Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and a basic understanding of Excel, GST, TDS, and journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and update books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and record journal entries, cash & bank transactions, and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Generate sales, purchase, and expense reports using Excel.
- Support monthly closing and assist with balance sheet and P&L preparation.
- Coordinate with auditors and management for required reports.
- Ensure accurate voucher preparation and document filing.
- Assist with billing, invoice checking, and data entry related to accounting tasks.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data entry, report generation).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, journal entries, debit/credit concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Diploma in Accounting or Finance
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
