Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftswoman located in Manjeri. The Draftswoman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring accurate dimensioning and scaling of drawings, and revising designs according to feedback. The role also includes producing technical plans and ensuring that all drafted documents comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, engineers, and clients
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make adjustments and revisions to designs
• Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the architectural field will be an added advantage
