Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automation testing, who can ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in designing test strategies, creating test cases, automating test scripts, and leading quality processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for web and API testing.
  • Track, prioritize, and report defects using defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in release planning and go-live support to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills:

  • 510 years of QA experience with strong knowledge of manual and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in Selenium / Cypress / Playwright or similar automation tools.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Good knowledge of databases and ability to write SQL queries for validation.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Experience in testing mobile applications.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
