Skills Required - Advanced proficiency in Accounting software, In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, High attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities

Major Areas:

  1. Accounts up to Finalisation of Books on Quarterly and Yearly basis.

  2. Checking of Details for Tax Audit Reporting and Income Tax Return.

  3. Prebooking verification of Invoices other than Purchase of materials.

  4. Ledger Scrutiny.

  5. Preparation of information for filling MSME returns on half yearly basis.

  6. Any Other work assigned from time to time basis.

Detailed Areas:

1. Accounts up to Finalisation of Books on Quarterly and Yearly basis

2. Checking of Details for Tax Audit Reporting and Income Tax Return

a. Verification of all the details for Tax Audit report and Income Tax Return.

b. Major details on Tax Audit Reporting - Schedules on 43B Disallowances, TDS related detailed reporting, PF/ESIC/PT/LWF related monthly charts, Top materials consumed under RM/PM/FG, Ratio under Tax Audit reporting, ICDS(Income Computation and Disclosure Standards) reporting

c. Computation of Income Tax and checking of Information contained in Income Tax Return.

3. Prebooking verification of Invoices other than Purchase of materials

d. Monitoring of expenses booking of all the marketing related expenes.

e. Monitoring of expenses booking of exports related expenses.

f. Monitoring of Salaries related accounting.

g. Monitoring of all other expenses booking at HO (like Legal and Professional fees, Travelling expenses etc.)

4. Ledger Scrutiny

h. General Ledger scrutiny and rectification entries

i. Debtors ledger Scrutiny and rectification entries

5. Preparation of information for filling MSME returns on half yearly basis.

6. Any Other work assigned from time to time basis.

j. Monthly provision for PF/ESIC/PIP.

k. Provision for auto cost report.
