Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Ratnagiri. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, team management, performance analysis, and ensuring that all projects align with corporate goals. They will work closely with various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency, while maintaining adherence to safety and environmental regulations. The role involves spearheading innovation and development initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
  • Experience in Performance Analysis and Operational Efficiency
  • Knowledge of Chemical Manufacturing, Waste Management, and Environmental Biotechnology
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the chemical industry and familiarity with regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in using project management and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively
