Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Developer, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities include customizing Salesforce applications, creating automated workflows, integrating third-party applications, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience in Salesforce customization, automation (workflows, process builder, flows), and Salesforce architecture
  • Skills in data migration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and using tools like Data Loader or MuleSoft
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, JavaScript frameworks, and relational databases
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with Agile development practices and tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
