Role & responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily administrative operations
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Create quarterly and annual budgets
- Develop and implement effective policies and SOPs
Technical & Facility Management
- Practical knowledge of database systems and EMR
- Strong understanding of healthcare measures and guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- IPD/OPD/OT management
- Coordinate Quality Assurance as per NABH norms
Statutory Compliance
- Nursing Home License
- PCPNDT License
- Pharmacy License (Retail, Wholesale & NDPS)
- Blood Storage License
- F&B License
- Pollution Control Board Certificate
- Fire NOC & Form B" submission
- Ambulance registration, fitness, insurance & PUC
- Plant & Machinery insurance
- Shop & Establishment License
- Electrical panel, transformer & DG set license
- Lift operation fitness certification
- NABH compliance
General Administration
- Housekeeping: Planning, organizing, inventory management
- Security: Protocols, incident investigation, staff training
- F&B: Cost management and sanitation compliance
- Laundry & Linen: Task assignment, quality inspection, ordering
- Pest control management
- Monthly reporting of financial and professional activities
