KoiReader Technologies is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between traditional cloud infrastructure and cutting-edge bare-metal edge computing. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our AI/GenAI solutions across AWS/Azure and on-premise edge servers, ensuring high availability and seamless delivery for Fortune 500 clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:


•       Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across public clouds (AWS, Azure) and design lightweight infrastructure (RKE2, K3s) on bare-metal edge servers.


•       GitOps & Automation: Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, adhering to GitOps principles to automate application delivery.


•       Release Engineering: Package, configure, and automate product releases using Helm charts across Dev, Test, and Production environments in collaboration with product team.


•       Observability: Integrate and manage the Grafana Observability Stack (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Tempo, and Promtail) for comprehensive application and cluster monitoring.


•       System Optimization: Monitor cluster metrics to drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning.


•       Client Collaboration: Lead discussions with client IT teams to facilitate deployment and support of our products.

Skills Required:


•       Container Orchestration: Deep expertise in Docker and Kubernetes. Proven experience setting up RKE2 or K3s from scratch is essential.


•       Edge Computing: Hands-on experience configuring and managing Edge or Bare Metal servers (Linux/Ubuntu/RHEL).


•       Cloud Proficiency: Solid understanding of AWS/Azure architecture (IaaS/PaaS) and enterprise cloud security standards.


•       Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash and Python for system administration and task automation.


•       Monitoring: Expert-level knowledge of the Grafana/Prometheus ecosystem.


•       Communication and Learning: Excellent communication skills paired with a relentless drive to master emerging edge-to-cloud architectures.

Brownie Points (Nice to Have):


•       Hardware Acceleration: Experience managing NVIDIA GPUs or working within AI/ML infrastructure.


•       Security: Knowledge of SAST/DAST, Penetration Testing, and vulnerability analysis.


•       Networking: Understanding of complex networking in hybrid cloud/edge environments.
