Role & responsibilities :

1) CNC & OTHER EQUIPMENT MAINTENANACE: Fair experience of Preventive, breakdown maintenance of Siemens, Fanuc & PLCs for manufacturing equipment & Utility equipment with prompt spare Planning, improvement & kaizens, MTTR, MTBF and condition monitoring etc.

2) Through PM planning & execution of Electrical & CNC controls. Machine Automation practices.

Multi plant horizontal deployment of improvements, Kaizens & Poka-Yoke.

3) ENERGY MANAGEMENT:

Sound knowledge of energy conservation with upgraded maintenance practices by monitoring cell wise consumption, energy audit, power quality management.

4) SAP PM/MM: Exposure to PM module and material module for maintaining daily & monthly reporting. As a System user - Updating PM & breakdown record, machine history card, spare & consumable consumption monitoring, Making PR/PO etc.

5) MIS: Data management for all maintenance measurables (MTTR, MTBF, BD %, power Units, kaizens, maintenance cost etc., prepare IATF, IMS docs. and process measurable monitoring.

Training subordinates to improve skill level will be a part of the responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile :

  1. Thorough knowledge of CNC/PLC maintenance (Siemens, Fanuc & others), Machine shop management, Utility maintenance.
  2. Experience of handling machine control, breakdowns, up-gradation, Reconditioning and life enhancement.
  3. Experience of Plant maintenance Objectives & best practices
  4. Exposure to SAP PM & MM modules for making Vendor code, Part code, PR, PO, various report generation etc.
  5. Hands on 5S &TPM practices.
