Job Description

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

- You have hands-on experience with PLC-based machinery, especially Rockwell servo drives and motors.
- You possess sound knowledge of basic electrical, electronics equipment, and instrumentation used in tire manufacturing.
- You can read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams accurately.
- You understand machine logic and can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet maintenance deadlines.
- You are proficient in conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- You understand and can apply concepts of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) in daily maintenance planning.
- You are experienced in using SAP or similar ERP-based maintenance management systems.
- You are capable of preparing maintenance reports, conducting data analysis, and presenting insights for continuous improvement.
- You are comfortable working in rotational shifts and leading maintenance activities alongside technicians.
- You have working knowledge of temperature controllers and E+L centering systems.

Education

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
