Role Description

We're on a mission to transform how data and analytics drive decision-making across the global media landscape — and we're looking for a strategic, people-first leader to help make it happen.

As the Vice President – Business Intelligence (SVP, Offshore Lead – Decisioning), you will lead an exceptional offshore team of analysts, engineers, and reporting specialists who deliver high-impact analytics and data-driven insights across Dentsu Media's North American operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role within our growing Decisioning (Data & Analytics) practice — where you'll shape delivery excellence, build scalable processes, mentor world-class talent, and partner closely with global leadership to expand our capabilities and client impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary offshore team focused on analytics, data engineering, ad operations, and end-to-end reporting.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Oversee operational delivery excellence aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Drive quality, automation, and process improvement across all workflows.
  • Act as the primary bridge between offshore delivery teams and onshore leadership.
  • Partner across geos to shape the future of Dentsu's end-to-end Decisioning practice.

Qualifications:

  • 12–15 years' experience spanning digital media, analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record leading BI or analytics teams in an offshore or distributed model.
  • Expertise in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on operational mindset.
