Overview The SAP C4C Technical Developer plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of solutions within the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) environment. As an integral member of the IT department, the SAP C4C Technical Developer will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in a fast-paced market. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions within the SAP C4C environment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to determine functional requirements.
  • Create technical specifications and design documents.
  • Execute integration scenarios with third-party applications through APIs.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Utilize debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in applications.
  • Conduct data migration activities to transition legacy systems.
  • Work with cloud-based solutions in SAP C4C.
  • Enhance existing functionalities based on user feedback and requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Maintain documentation related to the development process and solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Stay updated on SAP C4C releases and features for continuous improvement.
  • Lead workshops for end-user training on new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP C4C technical development.
  • Strong understanding of SAP C4C architecture and functionality.
  • Experience with programming languages like Java, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools such as CPI.
  • Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and HANA.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in SAP C4C or related technology is a plus.
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
