Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a pleasant buying experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is well-presented at all times.
  • Handle billing, customer queries, and feedback professionally.
  • Support daily store operations including stock management and inventory updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset.
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and retail schedules.
