Cyber Security Lead Analyst – APAC
 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Lead Analyst to join our team. This crucial role will focus on Cyber Governance of Contact Centers ensuring the integrity and protection of our systems and data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contact centers and will ensure end-to-end security controls are consistently enforced across our global locations.

Experience Required:

  • Overall 5 - 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security governance, security of contact centers.

  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCIDSS v.4).

  • Familiarity with the operations processes of contact centers.

  • Proficiency in security assessment tools and techniques.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure security governance is enforced on contact centers

  • Review existing functions within each Service/Operations Center in Shanghai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, India, Middle East, Kenya (operations), the Philippines, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review applications and data processed by each centers.

  • Evaluate and identify any missing security assessments on applications and third-party suppliers.

  • Assess and address any missing security controls, such as regular access reviews and critical supplier monitoring.

  • Monitor progress of staff awareness of phishing tests.

  • Ensure proper security awareness training are consistently enforced globally.

  • Partner with IH Regional teams to ensure the completion of any missing security assessments and controls.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard our contact centers.

  • Lead security assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on security-related matters.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree PREFERRED (ideally in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field)

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable
