We are seeking a dynamic and experienced trainer to deliver high-quality training in Hospitality, Aviation, and Soft Skills to prepare students for careers in airlines, airports, hotels, and related industries. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide students towards professional excellence. 1. Training Delivery Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on: Aviation Basics – airport operations, airline services, in-flight service procedures, safety protocols, ground handling, ticketing & reservations. Hospitality – front office operations, guest relations, food & beverage service, customer care, grooming & etiquette. Soft Skills – communication skills, personality development, teamwork, leadership, time management, interview preparation. Use interactive methods such as role plays, simulations, and real-life case studies. 2. Curriculum Development Design, update, and enhance training modules to align with industry standards. Integrate real-world scenarios to help students understand industry expectations. 3. Student Engagement & Assessment Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions. Monitor student progress and recommend improvement plans. Motivate students to develop confidence, professional etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
