-Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality Training:
Deliver training on core hospitality areas such as:
Front office and guest relations

Food and beverage service

Housekeeping procedures

Customer service excellence

Conduct practical demonstrations and role-plays to simulate real-world service situations.

Maintain training materials in line with current industry practices and standards.

Soft Skills & Personality Development:
Train learners in key soft skills, including:
Effective communication (verbal and written)

Grooming and personal hygiene

Interpersonal and teamwork skills

Time management and workplace etiquette

Interview preparation and resume building

Develop confidence, body language, and public speaking through workshops and activities.

General Duties:
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback sessions, and observation.

Customize content as per batch requirements or industry trends.

Coordinate with academic or HR teams to organize seminars, guest sessions, or field training.

Maintain training records and prepare reports on student progress and outcomes.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
