Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at JKG Construction Pvt Ltd, based in Ghaziabad. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, providing relevant information about products and services, and supporting the sales team by addressing customer concerns and queries.
