Job Title: Marketing Intern (Female) – Software Company

Location: Visakhapatnam, India

Internship Duration: 8 Months

  • First 2 Months: Unpaid (Training & Exposure Phase)
  • 3rd Month: Paid (Performance-Based Stipend)

About the Company

We are a growing software company based in Visakhapatnam, focused on delivering innovative solutions across digital platforms. Our services span web and mobile development, digital marketing, and client-based tech solutions. We are seeking a dynamic female marketing intern who can become the face of our brand during client interactions and project presentations.

Who Should Apply

  • Female candidates with 0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or public relations.
  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Passionate individuals looking to kick-start a career in client-facing and digital marketing roles within the tech industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Represent the company during client meetings, product demos, and online presentations.
  • Understand and explain software projects/services to clients in a clear and confident manner.
  • Social media campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a client communication network through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings.
  • Assist in preparing marketing content, brochures, pitch decks, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Work closely with developers to translate technical project details into client-friendly proposals.
  • Monitor and report digital marketing metrics, trends, and engagement.
  • Help organize and promote webinars, tech talks, and product launches.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
  • Confidence in speaking with clients, explaining services/products, and building rapport.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics, etc.)
  • Strong command over MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel – must be able to make clean, impactful presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, energetic, and professional attitude.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam during the internship period.
