Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist - Cloud, based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for cloud-based solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting presentations and product demos, building strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Cloud Solutions, and IT Infrastructure
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain Customer Relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in the technology or cloud industry is a plus
