Job Description

As a Staff Outbound Product Manager – ServiceNow within the DemoHub team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how ServiceNow's value is showcased to customers. DemoHub is a 60+ member team dedicated to creating best-in-class demo content that empowers sales and drives customer engagement. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between products, business outcomes, and customer value, leveraging your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to craft impactful demo narratives, design cross-product experiences, and enable go-to-market success. This position demands a unique blend of technical acumen, creative storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders across product, sales, and enablement organizations to deliver high-impact, outcome-driven demo experiences.

Tx DemoHub is a 23+ member expert team dedicated to creating best-in-class demo content that empowers sales and drives customer engagement across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The team transforms product capabilities into meaningful, business-focused stories that help customers visualize real-world value.

Our Core Focus Areas:

  • Cross-Product Demo Experiences: Showcasing the power of ServiceNow by designing end-to-end, multi-workflow demos that reflect real enterprise use cases.
  • Reusable Demo Assets: Building scalable, high-quality demo environments and assets that accelerate field readiness and customer conversations.
  • Collaboration and Enablement: Partnering closely with Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment with messaging, roadmap, and market priorities.
  • Innovation: Continuously integrating new ServiceNow capabilities—such as AI, automation, and industry solutions—into demo content to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Operational Excellence: Standardising demo delivery frameworks, ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability across all assets.
Qualifications
  • Bring 8+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow Platform as a Product Owner, Developer, or Solution Consultant, with deep understanding of its architecture, administration, and development capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert across the ServiceNow ecosystem, capable of articulating platform value to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams to define product positioning, solution stories, and business value messaging.
  • Conceptualize and build cross-product use cases that demonstrate measurable business outcomes and align with customer priorities.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify differentiation opportunities and strengthen product narratives.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and advocate its value in enabling connected workflows.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, outcome-driven business language for diverse audiences, including C-suite leaders.
  • Collaborate across global teams and time zones to align priorities, drive product storytelling, and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Support field enablement by creating content such as solution briefs, demo narratives, playbooks, and customer-ready collateral.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate messaging impact, track adoption metrics, and guide strategy refinement.
  • Show proficiency or interest in ServiceNow SecOps and GRC products, understanding their role in the broader risk and resilience landscape. Prior experience in these areas is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Exhibit excellent communication, articulation, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence through insight and clarity.
  • Balance strategic vision with execution excellence — prioritize effectively and maintain focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Foster innovation through collaboration, promoting an environment where new ideas are explored and brought to life.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of industry trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies, connecting them to ServiceNow's value proposition.
