The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying for our projects, ensuring accurate cost estimations, and managing budgets effectively.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead and manage the quantity surveying teamPrepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projectsConduct feasibility studies and risk assessmentsManage project budgets and control costsPrepare tender and contract documentsNegotiate with contractors and suppliersProvide expert advice on contractual claimsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsImplement and maintain quality control processesRequired Skills and Experience:.Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related fieldProfessional membership in a relevant body (e.g., RICS)Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying,Extensive knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methodsProficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesBilling experience of both client and vendor billing .
