Job Title: Billing Engineer –(Facade, Building)

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Location: B.tech (Civil/ Diploma)

Experience: 2–3 Years (Civil & B Tech must)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity sheets from onsite data & drawings

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and bills with item rates from tender

Prepare & process subcontractor bills

Take measurements from site engineers

Ensure work is done as per company protocols

Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payments

Review item quantities and verify bills/invoices from vendors & contractors

Perform bill certification and reconciliation statements

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

2–3 years of relevant experience in billing and cost estimation (Facade projects preferred)

Proficiency in cost estimation and billing tools/software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
