Role Overview

We're seeking motivated
Freelance Recruiters (Commission Only)
to join our growing team. You will source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for IT and analytical positions, working remotely and independently.

What You'll Do

  • Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
  • Manage candidate pipelines and submit profiles to clients
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships
  • Earn commission per successful placement

What We're Looking For

Experience in recruiting (IT/Non-IT, preferably in U.S. markets)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn recruiting

Prior freelance or commission-based recruiting experience a plus
