Job Title: KYC Voice Process Executive

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls related to KYC verification for banking/financial services.
  • Verify customer identity documents as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist customers in completing KYC formalities over the call.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
  • Coordinate with other teams for smooth process flow and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience in FinTech or Banking sector preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to join immediately.
