AML/KYC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AML/KYC Specialist to join our team. As an AML/KYC Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Due Diligence/Transaction Monitoring/Screening investigations for various entities and individuals. You will work closely with functional leaders in Financial Crime Risk Management and support functions to ensure the production and quality of investigative reports meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in processing transaction monitoring/Sanction Screening/EDD workflows within FCRM and possess strong analytical skills, including logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain documentation for each inquiry and comply with governing regulations and institutional policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into Due Diligence/Transaction Monitoring/Screening cases, analyzing transaction details and identifying potential red flags.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports, adhering to established quality metrics and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, address queries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform investigations and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in FCRM, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
