HSE Documentation Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented professional with a background in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of our existing QHSE Management Systems and assist the operations team in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and registers as per company and client requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and management system requirements.
- Support preparation of reports, audits, incident investigations, and safety performance statistics.
- Coordinate with operations and site teams to ensure compliance with safety documentation and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and manage documents related to work permits, risk assessments, safety checklists, and training records.
- Assist in internal and external audits by ensuring timely submission and organization of all HSE-related documents.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Science).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE documentation or administrative support within the safety domain.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document control practices.
- Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based role with occasional offshore or site visits as required (eligible for additional bonus during site visits).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
