Recruitment & Hiring (Blue Collar Focus):

 Source, screen, and recruit skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers

 Coordinate with contractors and labor suppliers for manpower requirements at toll

plazas and project sites

 Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verification

 Ensure timely joining and onboarding of new hires

HR Operations:

 Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)

 Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts)

 Assist in payroll inputs and compliance documentation

 Support in statutory compliance related to labor laws (ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment,

etc.)

 Handle employee grievances and support resolution processes

Administrative Support:

 Manage office and site-level administrative tasks (vendor coordination, asset

management, logistics)

 Oversee facility management and office supplies

 Assist in organizing training programs, meetings, and staff welfare activities

 Support travel and accommodation arrangements for field and project staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹52, ₹55,000.00 per month
