Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to elevate our brand, engage the local community, and drive patient acquisition. As a key part of our marketing department, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with various hospital teams to effectively communicate our services and care offerings to prospective patients and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, including but not limited to medical specialties, patient care programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media) to increase online presence and patient engagement.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to create compelling content that educates and informs patients about hospital services and health topics.
• Plan and execute public relations efforts, including media outreach, hospital events, and community health initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs, metrics, and analytics to optimize future efforts.
• Work on brand management and maintaining consistent messaging across all marketing materials, from brochures to digital content.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, influencers, and community organizations to expand the hospital's network.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
• Oversee and mentor the marketing team (if applicable), providing leadership and guidance on marketing projects.
• Organize and manage hospital events, webinars, health fairs, and patient outreach programs to build strong community relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinking, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws (preferred but not required).
• Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
