Reservationist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming reservation requests through various channels such as phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and effective allocation of dining space.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing reservation inquiries, accommodating special requests from guests, and conveying relevant information.
• Plan and optimize table assignments strategically to maximize seating capacity while maintaining smooth service flow.
• Work closely with the host/hostess and waitstaff to communicate reservation specifics, special requests, and ensure a cohesive and orderly seating arrangement.
• Maintain an orderly reservation system, update guest details, and accurately document reservation history.
• Foster positive relationships with recurring patrons, recognize special occasions, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple reservation requests efficiently, maintain accurate records, and coordinate table assignments effectively.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests via phone, email, and in person, conveying information clearly and professionally.
• Dedication to providing exceptional service to guests, including accommodating special requests and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
