Reservationist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing reservation inquiries, accommodating special requests from guests, and conveying relevant information.
- Plan and optimize table assignments strategically to maximize seating capacity while maintaining smooth service flow.
- Work closely with the host/hostess and waitstaff to communicate reservation specifics, special requests, and ensure a cohesive and orderly seating arrangement.
- Maintain an orderly reservation system, update guest details, and accurately document reservation history.
- Foster positive relationships with recurring patrons, recognize special occasions, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to manage multiple reservation requests efficiently, maintain accurate records, and coordinate table assignments effectively.
- Dedication to providing exceptional service to guests, including accommodating special requests and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
