Project description

Luxoft is looking for SAS professionals to deliver enhancements and development for one of Global Banking Customer of Luxoft.

- Responsibilities
- Support the stakeholders across different businesses (Customer Acquisition, Portfolio Management, New Product Development) through effective communication and support to understand their business needs and translate them into insightful MIS/ visualizations/ Interactive dashboards.
- Manage data and information support for all the key initiatives of business units across Retail Bank supporting the respective country and group teams.
- To work closely with the Project teams (Business & Technology), to review the integration of new functionality / technology implementation projects initiated, and ensure that the projects are in line with the Information Management Policy guidelines.
- Proactively support the analytics offering for all the key initiatives across Retail products and segments through meaningful and actionable analytical findings for business user consumption.
- Should be able to demonstrate an understanding of identifying the sources of data, transformation process of the data elements and model the data as required.
- To support the regular connects with the stakeholders, SRM Meetings, GATE meetings periodically and on a need basis.
- To actively contribute to a healthy working environment through team bonding, employee engagement initiatives, periodic townhalls and all hands meets.
- Skills

Must have
- You should have worked on SAS analytics projects preferably in BFSI domain with more than 7 years of experience & excellent coding skills.
- Should have good working skills with SQL, with deep understanding in SQL syntax.
- Should have worked on automations / ad hoc analytics solutions/projects.
- Resource should be a go-getter, working with minimal support to deliver the necessary objectives.
- Good team player & attention to details.

Nice to have
- Experience with big data / hive environments is a plus.
- Well-versed with Agile methodology and global delivery model.
