Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Store Manager
to lead our retail operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining store standards, and managing the store team effectively. Prior experience in the
jewellery industry
is a must, and exposure to
lab-grown diamonds
will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities.
  2. Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  3. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Oversee inventory management, product display, and visual merchandising.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring personalised experiences.
  6. Handle customer queries, feedback, and after-sales services professionally.
  7. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and production teams for store requirements.
  8. Maintain accurate sales reports, cash flow, and daily performance tracking.
  9. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, store policies, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    5–8 years in retail, with
    mandatory jewellery industry experience
    .
  2. Prior experience managing a
    premium/luxury retail store
    is preferred.
  3. Strong
    leadership, communication, and team management
    skills.
  4. Excellent sales acumen and customer relationship management.
  5. Knowledge of
    lab-grown diamonds
    will be an added advantage.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  7. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
