Designation: Key relationship Manager- Government Business
Experience; 8+_ years of work experience in Banking in Government Business
Location : Mumbai
Job Role:
To acquire and provide services to government clients, including State Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, Government Boards, Development Authorities, Autonomous Bodies, Government Universities, Gram Panchayats, and others.
• To cross-sell goods and services such term deposits, CMS, fees collection, digital solutions, etc., and to add more CASA. KAM is anticipated to meet the monthly and yearly goals.
• Build and sustain senior bureaucrats' client ties. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the designated area.
Find potential customers and new business prospects. Ensure client pleasure and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Plan and attend client meetings, make product presentations, and pay clients frequent visits in the designated territories.
• Keep thorough records of all communications with clients and promote appropriate sales results.
• Cooperate closely with Branch Banking to guarantee that customers receive effective service.
