Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound B2B client communications
  • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to convert leads
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and ensure sales targets are met

Qualifications

  • MBA graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with online marketing platforms like
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
    , and other B2B lead-generation tools is a plus
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation and closing deals
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in
    English and Tamil
    (Hindi knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems preferred
