Job Description:

EXPERIENCE: 7+ years as a Decisioning Architect or in a similar IT role with a record of successfully designing and implementing advanced decisioning solutions using Pega or a similar platform.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate.

· Dedication to achieving outstanding results. Driven and team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.

· Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders.

· Strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and complex business rule development

· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Able to work in teams as well as independently.

· Advanced understanding and knowledge of SQL

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000, ₹4,500,000.00 per year
