Role Title: Human Resources Executive (On-site, India)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site HR professional to support core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on role will partner with business leaders to deliver recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement programs that enable a high-performance culture.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage offer closure using ATS and job portals.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes: orientation, documentation, asset allocation, exit interviews, and knowledge handover.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with external vendors; validate attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure timely updates for promotions, transfers, and personal changes.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, professional tax) and assist with local labour law adherence and statutory filings.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and basic performance management support for managers.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Proven operational HR experience in an on-site role within India (recruitment, payroll coordination, HRIS administration).
  • HRIS

  • Talent acquisition
  • Statutory compliance (India)
Preferred
  • Experience with BambooHR, GreytHR, or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD
