We are looking for Purchase Executive with 1 to 3 years experience in Purchase department.

who can handle company purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production departments for material requirements.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

  • Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payments.

  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

  • Assist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector.

  • Knowledge of raw material sourcing and vendor management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Location: Sector : 25 Gandhinagar.(WFO)

Salary : 18,000 to 25,000 on Experience & Interview.
